Pearl Carpentry

A new multi-page site for an established bespoke carpentry business, replacing a dated legacy presentation with clearer services, stronger project imagery, better mobile behaviour and a cleaner route to independent hosting.

An older static presentation

The live site contains valuable real project photography and business history, but the presentation, navigation and mobile experience reflect an earlier generation of web design.

Modern replacement in progress

The replacement is being prepared around services, craftsmanship, proof, gallery content and enquiry, with production deployment held back until final verification and hosting migration are complete.

Pre-launch — no false live claim

What changes in the rebuild.

The goal is to preserve the strongest asset — genuine craftsmanship — while removing the visual and technical signs of an ageing website.

Presentation

Work becomes the hero.

Real kitchens, joinery, staircases, fitted storage and other completed work can be given more visual space instead of being buried in an old gallery pattern.

Structure

Services are easier to understand.

A modern page hierarchy can turn broad carpentry capability into clearer search and customer journeys without fabricating services the business does not provide.

Ownership

Prepared for independent hosting.

The project is structured as a portable site rather than another platform dependency, making future maintenance, analytics, SEO and deployment easier to control.

Final before-and-after imagery comes at verification.

The case study deliberately separates the current live site from the replacement until the new build has passed final review. Once approved, desktop and mobile screenshots of both versions can be published here as permanent visual evidence.
